Structure:

The cold end heat absorption block of Liquid to Air Thermoelectric Coolers Assemblies is usually made of metal materials with good thermal conductivity (such as copper or aluminum) and has a precisely machined liquid flow channel inside. It is in direct contact with the surface of the object that needs to be cooled and absorbs heat. The thermoelectric cooling module, as the core of the component, is composed of many P-type and N-type semiconductor couples. When direct current passes through, a temperature difference will be generated at both ends of the module. The hot end radiator is located at the hot end of the thermoelectric module and is responsible for transferring the heat generated by the module. The cooling fan is installed on the hot end radiator to quickly take away the heat from the radiator. There is also a small, low-noise pump responsible for driving the coolant to circulate in the cold end heat absorption block and external pipelines. Finally, the temperature sensor and controller are used to monitor the temperature in real time and control the temperature.
