We meticulously optimize material selection, structural design, and sealing processes to provide specialized thermoelectric coolers (TECs) with a high C index. These are designed for long-term stable operation under temperature cycling conditions. They can withstand rapid temperature fluctuations on one or both sides of the cooler, up to hundreds of thousands of cycles, while maintaining excellent performance and structural stability.

Structural Features:

1. Located on either side of the semiconductor material layer, the thermally conductive substrate transfers heat from the cold end to the hot end. The substrate material is typically a ceramic or metal with high thermal conductivity.

2. The electrode layer connects the semiconductor material to an external power source, providing current to drive the Peltier effect. The conductivity and durability of the electrode are crucial to the long-term stability of the TE cooler.

3. A heat sink, fan, or liquid cooling system quickly dissipates heat from the hot end to the surrounding environment, maintaining a low temperature at the cold end. This directly impacts the overall performance of the cooler.

4. The encapsulation shell protects internal components from the external environment while also providing mechanical support and electrical insulation.
