How to calibrate PID parameters?
Set the integral and differential terms to zero. Gradually increase the proportional gain Kp until the system exhibits slight oscillation, then reduce Kp until the oscillation subsides. Next, appropriately reduce the integral time Ti to eliminate steady-state error and prevent system instability. Finally, introduce the differential time Td to suppress oscillation and improve response speed, but be mindful of noise interference. Throughout this process, iterative adjustments should be made based on the actual system response until the desired control effect is achieved.
